I’ve always liked Kappa stuff, the brand has a nice style and the quality seems solid. The only thing is, the prices feel a bit high sometimes, don’t they?

I was wondering if the color would look different in person, because that happens so often, but nope, it looked just like the photos. Happy with that.

It matched what I was expecting, so no surprises there. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it’s worth considering if it looks like what you need...

I ordered a hoodie and track pants from kappa-usa.com, and overall it went smoothly. Everything showed up exactly how I chose it, right sizes, colors, and items, so I was happy about that.

The only thing I noticed was the box looked a little rough when it arrived. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but it didn’t look the best.
I’d give it 4 stars because the order itself was accurate and the clothes were fine, but the shipping updates were slower than I would’ve liked. Not a bad experience, just a couple small things they could improve.

Customer service did get back to me, but the replies were a bit slow, and there were a bunch of little details I had to keep checking. It all worked out eventually, but compared with smoother return experiences elsewhere, this one felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I found what I needed quick and checkout was simple, so that was nice. A couple pages loaded kinda slow tho, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

I bought a Kappa hoodie from Kappa USA and expected better. After just a few washes, the stitching started coming loose and the logo began cracking. I’m not saying a hoodie has to last forever, but it should definitely hold up for more than a month. Disappointing, and I think Kappa should take responsibility for quality issues like this instead of customers just having to eat the cost.

I do like Kappa’s style overall. The sporty retro vibe is cool, and some of the track jackets have that clean, throwback look without trying too hard. The logo is probably my favorite part, and when the design is simple, it really works.
That said, a few pieces are way louder in person than I expected, so I end up wasting energy trying them on with different outfits just to make them feel wearable. The fit is kind of hit or miss too, which gets annoying. Not a bad brand, but it really depends on your style and how much effort you want to put into making it work

I had to send my order back, and I figured the refund would take forever, but it showed up quick. So I’ll give credit to whoever runs this, they at least handled that part better than I expected

The box showed up a little crushed, and one of the items was just kind of shoved in there with barely any protection. I mean, nothing was actually damaged, thankfully, but it just didn’t really feel like much care went into it. For what I paid, I guess I expected it to be packed a little better, or at least to feel less thrown together.
